Brand & Website Questionnaires
We only collect the information you choose to provide in the questionnaire, aimed at designing your brand and/or website. By its nature, this information is intended for public and commercial use (your brand, your message, your site).
This questionnaire is designed not to request sensitive personal data or confidential business information. Please do not include:
If we ever need such data (e.g., for billing), we'll request it through a separate secure channel with its own consent.
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Your responses and files are stored privately on Google services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) under our account. Access is limited to the Felipe Díaz Office team working on your project. Google acts as an infrastructure provider and applies its own security measures.
We do not share your information with third parties, except providers strictly necessary to carry out your project (e.g., hosting or design tools), always under confidentiality, or when required by law.
We keep the information for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterward for support, records and legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).
We apply reasonable and appropriate security measures for the volume and type of data: restricted access for the project team, protected accounts and data minimization (we only ask for what's necessary). No system is 100% infallible, but we handle your information with diligence.
Depending on your state's applicable law (e.g., the Oklahoma Data Privacy Act, effective January 1, 2027, or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may:
