Privacy Addendum

Brand & Website Questionnaires

This addendum supplements our general Privacy Notice. It applies specifically to the information you share through our brand and website questionnaires. For these questionnaires, this addendum prevails; for everything else, the general Privacy Notice governs.

1. What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to provide in the questionnaire, aimed at designing your brand and/or website. By its nature, this information is intended for public and commercial use (your brand, your message, your site).

Project contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp and business name.
Brand information: what you do, values, audience, tone, visual preferences.
Website information: goals, sections, features and references.
Files you voluntarily attach (logos, photos, references).

2. What we do NOT ask for

This questionnaire is designed not to request sensitive personal data or confidential business information. Please do not include:

Financial data (card numbers, accounts, passwords).
Health, ethnicity, religion, ideology or other sensitive data.
Government IDs (SSN, passport, etc.) unless expressly requested through a separate secure channel.
Passwords or access credentials.

If we ever need such data (e.g., for billing), we'll request it through a separate secure channel with its own consent.

3. How we use it

To design, quote and carry out your brand and/or website project.
To communicate with you about the project and next steps.

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Where it's stored

Your responses and files are stored privately on Google services (Google Sheets and Google Drive) under our account. Access is limited to the Felipe Díaz Office team working on your project. Google acts as an infrastructure provider and applies its own security measures.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share your information with third parties, except providers strictly necessary to carry out your project (e.g., hosting or design tools), always under confidentiality, or when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep the information for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterward for support, records and legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).

7. Reasonable security

We apply reasonable and appropriate security measures for the volume and type of data: restricted access for the project team, protected accounts and data minimization (we only ask for what's necessary). No system is 100% infallible, but we handle your information with diligence.

8. Your rights

Depending on your state's applicable law (e.g., the Oklahoma Data Privacy Act, effective January 1, 2027, or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your information.
Port a usable copy of your data.
Opt out of the sale of data, targeted advertising and certain profiling with significant effects.
Withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any right, email proyectos@crececontoro.com; we'll respond within the timeframes set by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Consent

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the questionnaire, you confirm that you have read this addendum, that the information you share is for project purposes and public/commercial use, and that you did not include sensitive personal data.
